Every person’s journey is unique, and my greatest joy comes from connecting the dots—finding the root of what ails them and helping them experience life free from pain. Living in this sacred land if New Mexico has deepened my appreciation for the traditions and healing ceremonies that are passed down through generations. It has influenced the way I approach health, incorporating both modern and ancient wisdom into my practice. My journey into holistic medicine began with something as simple as a cup of tea. Discovering how herbs could soothe and heal sparked a passion that has only grown over the years.

In my work, I focus on evidence-based healing practices that reconnect us to nature. Research has shown that acupuncture can regulate the body’s inflammatory response by modulating hormone levels and promoting the release of endorphins, making it a powerful tool for stress relief and healing. Breathwork has been found to improve oxygenation and balance the autonomic nervous system, while sound healing -rooted in ancient practices - has demonstrated the ability to reduce anxiety and promote emotional resilience by entraining brainwaves to a meditative state. Additionally, yoga has been shown to enhance parasympathetic nervous system activity, which supports relaxation, digestion, and recovery, making it a powerful practice for both physical and mental health.These tools not only nourish individual well-being but also help restore our relationship with the Earth by grounding us in its rhythms.
